3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
  • DearDecor reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a complete unboxing video is required to process your request.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
