Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or COD confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • We deliver across India.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
  • For all COD orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to verify your order and delivery details before dispatch.
  • Orders will be shipped only after successful confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders.
  • Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. DearDecor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos and record an unboxing video, then contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
